Update Subscription
Your license to use SPAD.neXt will never expire, and you can always use it once purchased. To stay up to date and use the latest version, you need a valid update subscription — once it expires it's entirely your choice whether to renew it.
If you do not renew, you'll simply stay on the major release that was published when the subscription expired. You can always renew the subscription later if you change your mind.
What will be charged for the update subscription?

Your first year is always included in the license

Do I need to renew the update subscription even with the Complete license?
Yes. The Complete license is "the complete package" — everything that's there feature-wise, and everything that will ever be there in future. Coding new stuff still costs time (and money); the update subscription is what keeps development going. Just like, say, P3D — the difference is we openly say why, instead of just changing the major version every year and asking you to buy a new license.
If I have more than one license (or add-ons), do I need multiple update subscriptions?
No — one update subscription is accounted towards all your licenses. Just renew the subscription on one of your licenses, and open a ticket with the additional order number(s) to have it accounted for those as well.
